1. About the Developer and Service

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Keran Labs Game Room (the “Application” or “Service”).

The Service is operated and provided by Jarosław Paweł Jarosz, an individual developer operating under the brand and project name Keran Labs (“We”, “Us”, or “Our”), located in Poland (European Union).

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all terms herein, do not access or use the Service.

2. Definitions

• Account: A personal user profile registered via email and password to access the Application.
• App Store: Apple App Store (operated by Apple Inc.) or Google Play Store (operated by Google LLC).
• Application: Keran Labs Game Room, including all software, assets, game mechanics, and related interfaces.
• Device: Any mobile phone, tablet, or handheld computer running iOS or Android capable of executing the Application.
• User-Generated Content: Photos, game submissions, and progress indicators provided by You during gameplay.
• You: The individual downloading, accessing, or using the Application.

3. User Accounts and Authentication

• Email/Password Only: User registration and authentication are supported exclusively via direct email address and password credentials. We do not provide or integrate authentication through third-party social media providers (such as Facebook, Google Sign-In, or Apple ID).
• Credential Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities occurring under your Account.
• Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration (limited to your first name, last name, and email address).

4. In-App Purchases, Subscriptions, and Billing

A. Premium Access Options

Keran Labs Game Room provides optional paid premium digital access tiers:

1. Monthly Recurring Subscription: Grants continuous access to premium rooms, puzzles, and features. The subscription automatically renews each month unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle.
2. 72-Hour One-Time Access Pass: A non-recurring, consumable/time-limited digital purchase granting 72 consecutive hours of access to premium content from the moment of purchase activation. This pass does not auto-renew and expires automatically after 72 hours.

Neither tier includes a free trial unless explicitly stated within the respective App Store purchase interface.

B. Payment Processing via App Stores

All financial transactions, payment authorization, taxes, and currency conversions are handled exclusively by Apple Inc. (via Apple App Store In-App Purchases) or Google LLC (via Google Play In-App Billing). Keran Labs does not directly receive, process, or store your credit card or payment credentials.

C. Subscription Management and Cancellation

You can manage or cancel your auto-renewing Monthly Subscription at any time through your mobile operating system account settings:

• Apple (iOS): Open Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions and select Cancel Subscription.
• Google (Android): Open Google Play Store > Profile Icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions and select Cancel.

Cancellation stops future recurring charges. You will retain access until the end of the current active paid period.

D. Strict No-Refund Policy

All payments—including monthly subscription fees and 72-hour one-time access passes—are final and non-refundable by Keran Labs. Because billing is managed directly by third-party App Stores, any refund inquiries or statutory withdrawal claims must be submitted directly to Apple or Google in accordance with their respective refund policies.

5. Gameplay, Ephemeral Media, and Data Handling

• Temporary Game Data & Photos: Game Room allows users to upload photos and record game progress in accordance with gameplay challenges. All game progress data and user-uploaded challenge photos are stored temporarily in Google Firebase / Firestore and are permanently and automatically deleted within twelve (12) hours.
• No Long-Term Cloud Storage of Gameplay Media: We do not archive, curate, or maintain long-term copies of your uploaded challenge images once the 12-hour operational window has passed.
• Data Privacy Reference: For detailed descriptions regarding our collection and handling of your account credentials (first name, last name, email) and telemetry, please review our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
• No Artificial Intelligence: The Application does not use generative AI models, machine learning evaluations, or algorithmic behavioral profiling to process your data or judge gameplay.

6. Acceptable Use and Community Rules

You agree not to misuse the Application. When taking part in games and uploading photos or entries, you warrant that you will not:

• Upload or transmit any imagery that is obscene, defamatory, harassing, sexually explicit, hateful, or unlawful.
• Infringe on the intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of any third party.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or exploit the game code, APIs, or database structures.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or exploits to bypass game mechanics or digital paywalls.

We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate any Account that violates these acceptable use rules.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The Application, including its original game designs, visual assets, game rules, artwork, user interfaces, branding, software code, and the Keran Labs trademark and logos, are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of Jarosław Paweł Jarosz (operating as Keran Labs) and its licensors. You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application strictly for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

8. User Feedback and Suggestions

If you submit comments, ideas, suggestions, bug reports, or feature requests regarding Keran Labs Game Room (“Feedback”), you grant Us an irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, transferable license to use, implement, modify, and commercialize such Feedback in any manner, without any compensation, attribution, or accounting to you.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

“AS IS” Basis: The Application is provided to you on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, with all faults and without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, We disclaim all warranties, express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Cap on Liability: Under no circumstances will Keran Labs or the developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of your access to or inability to use the Application. Our aggregate liability for all claims arising out of these Terms or the use of the Service shall be limited to the total amount actually paid by you for in-app access during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account and revoke access to the Application at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct detrimental to the Service. You may terminate your Account at any time by deleting your account inside the app or using our self-service portal at https://keranlabs.com/delete-account/.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without giving effect to any conflict of law principles. If you are an EU consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory protections afforded to you by the laws of your country of habitual residence.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may amend or replace these Terms at our discretion. Any revised Terms will be posted within the Application or on our website with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Application following the publication of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
